What we are about

A little about our idea...


Happy Feet... Healthy Habits is an initiative that has been on the drawing board for quite some time, and only recently has it been taking shape; and we are so excited to present the many programs we have to offer and the many partners  we are collaborating with to help you achieve your goals.  


I believe that Empowered Women Empower Women.  With this in mind Happy Feet... Healthy Habits was born. We are a movement looking to unifying women in our journey of self-discovery, wellness and empowerment.  It comes from the idea that together we are stronger, and helping each other on our journey makes it that much achievable. 


Our programs revolve around the concept of HOLISTIC, where we believe that harmonizing mind, body and spirit can bring us balance and wellness. Together we learn and work together to modify, adopt and give up bad habits so that we can  bring to our lives Wellness, happiness and empowerment. 


Catering mostly to women, happy feet healthy habits covers topics that Everybody and Every Body can benefit from.  As women, we have a tendency to prioritize in pro of others. More specifically our children, husbands, family, friends, work and if there is still room on the list of priorities we will "try" to make room for our own needs. 

What makes us special human beings is exactly that " putting others first" 

However; in doing so we forget about the most important person in our life       

ME, MYSELF, & I

 

Through  our programs we wish to   inspire women to live a life they love and they are passionate about. 

To live long, to live healthy and to find what works for us is the engine that drives many programs that encompass our mission to reach harmony, balance and wellness bringing as a result happiness, joy, fulfillment and empowerment. And with these results  we maximize the value of time with our children, our husbands, our family, our friends and our co-workers.  This is why these three words we often forget about ME, MYSELF and I will be the words taking the spotlight for most of our programs.  


Aging is mandatory, physical illnesses may come with age and may hinder our ability to do certain activities, but  combining physical activity, nutrition, emotional and metal wellness through healthy habits will allow us to continue to embrace the joys of living as well as aging.

 

Happy Feet Healthy Habits Wellness programs focus on 3 mayor components of life: 

Physical Activity - LETS MOVE

Nutrition - LETS EAT

Emotional and Mental - LETS BREATHE
